About Me: I was born June 10th 1952 in Bismarck ND, moved with my family to Sheridan Wyoming in 1960, and came back to Bismarck in 1967.

I attended Bismarck High school and graduated in 1970.

After high school I attended Dickinson State College and graduated with a BA in 1975. I was then a Bank Loan Officer for 9 years. In 1985 I went to work for Northwest Bell and Qwest Communications and was in sales for 23 years until January 2002. I became a REALTOR® in January 2002. Property experience; I have re- built 15 or 20 homes in last 10 years and am well versed in rebuilding properties. Currently, I own several Apartment buildings, duplexes, single family residences, and restoration properties. I am a full time Realtor, part time property manager, full time property preservationist, and have three remodeling & rebuilding projects I am doing on the side at this time. I also work as a preservation agent for Safeguard properties. This Job consists of; winterizing, trash outs, snow removal/lawn care, maid service, property restoration, and securing property. Additionally, I have also worked with Equator as an REO agent before on other properties in the trade area. I enjoy hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
